1. You select any of our jams, jellies, or spreads from our product catalog.

2. Choose the flavors, sizes, or wizard hat topper colors you want. 

3. Then send us a photo and text you want on your custom jam or jelly.

4. Our label design wizard will work with you to get it perfect. We don't use AI to create our labels, so expect a high quality experience.

5. We offer a variety of discounts based on the number of custom jams you want. 

6. Just send your photo and the text via to wizard@jamwizardjams.com or you can text us at 725.208.7331 

NOTE: It can take us up to 5+ days maximum to create the custom jam or jelly label with you along for the design ride. Generally up to 1-3 lines of text maximum based on how many letters you need. We'll send you the prototype label digitally BEFORE we print so you can approve every design change.

How do the Custom Jams work?

Our Custom Jams make a great party favor, graduation gift, anniversary gift, or any reason to celebrate really. Custom Jams allow you to purchase any of our flavored jams, and add your own personalized touch to them by uploading an image.

Do you offer all your flavors for Custom Jams?

As of right now, yes. Seasonal changes may shift inventory for certain jam flavors but we plan on having our main stream jams always be available for custom order.

How soon do I get my Custom Jam?

In most cases, we can have your custom order done within just a few days depending on the image you upload. If you have any questions about custom orders and timeframes, please email us at wizard@jamwizardjams.com

Can I order these in bulk?

Yes, depending on how many cars you are wanting, we often allow for more aggressive order options but please send us an email if it is more than 5 custom jams.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, you can find more information about our location options by visiting our location page and finding local vendor options when we visit farmers markets, or where you can pickup.

Do you have any tools to help me become a Jam Wizard and experiment with your jams?

YES! You are welcome to use our Jam Wizard Tool to generate recipes based on your requirements and meals. You can become a Jam Wizard!  This AI powered Potion Pairing tool helps you experiment with our jams in new and unique ways. Submit your own recipes and get ranked on the Jam Wizard Leaderboard. Top Wizards are eligible to receive Jam Wizard swag, gifts, and discounts.
